Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping is charged by weight as follows: 0 - 499g = $9
500g – 999g = $12
1kg – 3kg = $15
Free shipping will be applied on orders over $120.
All orders will be shipped with either Australia Post or Couriers Please.
Delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days, with destinations such as South Australia, regional QLD, NT and WA taking a little longer with an average of around 7-14 business days for delivery.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50, and within a 30km radius of the Coffs Harbour area.
Deliveries are made within 5 business days of purchase. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (east coast of Australia) and 15 days (west coast of Australia) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Australia Post will be used when shipping to P.O. Boxes.
