WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

In the event that you receive the products or services you have purchased, as stated, but that you simply change your mind, we may, at our discretion, offer you a refund or exchange, provided that:

(i) You notify us within 14 days of receipt.

(ii) The following conditions are satisfied:

     a) Product has not been opened and all contents are in the packet.

     b) Product is undamaged and in a resalable condition.

     c) Product to be returned at consumers expense.

(iii) Only products purchased will be eligible for refund, shipping price will not be refunded.

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?

We use Australia Post or Couriers Please for shipping our products. Orders are sent within 1-5 days of ordering. Delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days, destinations such as NT, SA, WA and far north QLD taking a little longer, around 7-14 days for delivery.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We are currently taking payments through Paypal, Afterpay, Zip and debit and credit cards.

 

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR KANGAROO PRODUCTS?

Our Kangaroo products are sourced from QLD in a humane and sustainable way.

 

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS?

We sell 100% Australian dog treats, all of our treats are sourced from Australia using single ingredients that are slowly air dried to take out moisture and to give them a longer shelf life.
